Dr. Carolann Daniel, PhD, Interim Associate Dean, Adelphi University School of Social Work, has invited me to join the newly forming Adelphi University School of Social Work Community Advisory Board and I accepted the social work leadership opportunity. I look forward to giving back, as I stand on the shoulder of the many who have come before me.
